James Stewart, Managing Director

James grew up in the 1960's as a teenager, marched and went to jail with Dr. Martin Luther King and suffered the inexplicable racism of whites, supported by the oppressive Jim Crow Laws of the South.  His Civil Rights background includes the historic 1963 Birmingham demonstrations, the Sixteenth Street Church bombing, the March on Washington, election campaigns for two Black Mayors, and the establishment of a Black Student Union at a major pre-dominantly white university.  His work in health care led to the co-founding of the Alabama Sickle Cell Foundation and a career in pharmaceutical research and development.  At an early age James learned that change occurs when people take a stand and move, with the help of God, toward establishing God's purpose and a viable solution to challenges.
He has ministered prophetically for over twenty years. In addition he has counseled individuals and church leaders; ministered healing through the laying on of hands; co-pastored a New Testament Home Church; trained church leaders, pastors, and individuals in the prophetic; ministered God's word both individually and corporately to the Body of Christ. In 2009, James' experiences in Civil Rights, as well as in Christian ministry, drew him to New Gate International Church and The Spiritual Rights Movement.   In 2010, he agreed to serve as Managing Director of the Spiritual Rights Movement, which he sees as part of his prophetic destiny.
